These can take place free of charge – face to face in my therapy room or on Zoom, whichever you prefer.

The purpose of this is for us to meet each other, for me to hear about what you’re looking for and for you to see if you feel comfortable talking to and working with me.

Pricing thereafter

After the initial consultation prices start from £50 per hour.
